Further to my "how to copy old slides" thread ... I found the old slide copy attachment that fit my old slr camera, and LO, it has a 52mm stepping ring going into a 58mm thread.
So it should screw straight into an S2 lens adapter.
Which I don't have, and they cost about $90 here which is an awful lot to fork out to find out whether it will work or not.
So I'm looking for an S2 user in Auckland with a lens adapter who will let me meet up with them somewhere and use the adapter for a few minutes to see whether it works. That's it. I don't want to borrow it or anything, just use it for two or three minutes.
Can anyone assist ?
