Anyone have any pictures of their S2 with a telephoto lens on it? Im curious to see what the raynox lenses look like on the S2. They look a little big.

Probably because the front of the lens is so close to the camera taking the picture. It's distorted quite a bit.

hi,
I took a chance at buying a large telephoto lens by bower, and i havnt a clue as to how to properly set my camera up to use this monster but i sure would love to use it for my trip to yellowstone in may. I use a canon, rebel t1i camera and i have a vivitar cheapo tripod which i will probably have to change out as it has a wiggle when i use it, (probably not strong enough to hold this lens and camera) but any advice on which setting are best to use with this combination would be greatful, Im really hoping i get an opportunity to see something like a wolf or bear while im there but from a looong distance lol. As you can tell im also new to the slr world too so any help would be appreciated i have the basics down i think
thanks

well i tried using this lens several times and spoke to the person that is qualified to tell me how to set my settings and all he could say was to use it only in manual mode and to set my camera to an f-8 stop a 400 range and it did not work i was told by another person who did a lot of research on this lens and it is not feasable to buy it as you will NEVER get the quality of photo you desire mostly at the longest range. so for those even thinking about purchasing this lens DO NOT waste your money!!!
