SD vs MMC

I'm getting ready to buy a Canon S2. The specs say it will take an SD or an MMC card. What is the difference and which card would be better to use on the S2.

MMC's old school. LoL. I made the mistake of buying MMC. I even bought one of those supposedly "fast" cards. Turns out its even slower than my Kingston SD. I dunno. Maybe my MMC was crappy. Its an ATP branded card.

Anyways, go with an SD card. Its newer tech.

Yeah definitely go for SD, it's much more compatible with newer devices and has more features (speed, capacity).
