Stock Photography

I am interested in submitting some pictures for stock photography. For those of you who do this, what are the best sites and roughly what is the commision %. I am submitting 2 sites that you can see some of my work. The first is my photography website that I just put up last week. And the 2nd is about 70 photos I have stored on a yahoo site. So you can see if any of these might be good for stock photography, and if so, which ones...thanks!!

Hey Doug,

I don't know the first thing about selling stock photography, but I think it's an interesting topic.

So I did a quick Google search and came up with this:selling stock photography (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=selling+stock+photography&btnG=Google+Search)

A lot of it is links to books you can buy, and other things to spend your money on, but there is some advice in there. I found this list of stock agencies (http://www.photosecrets.com/links.stock.html)from one of them.

I'm interested to hear from other members of the site who may have actually submitted stock photography, too.

try dreamstime.com great if you only want to use your images for a bit of extra cash but they wotn be selling your images at a few hundred each its strickly a low price but you can earn some if you just want your images to get noticed
