CS2 batch quesitions

had a long question, but some research found me SOME answers...

i figured out how to batch resize, ALTHOUGH...

1. is there a way to pic 800x533, and when it recognizes a portrait it will go 533x800??

2. cant seem to figure out how to create and apply a noise ninja, PLUS add watermarked layer ACTION?

i created (or so i thought) a noise ninja and resize action, but when i go to run it
"noise ninja action unavailable"? same for resize? what gives
