hi guys, ive got a question regarding sigma's telephoto lens, the 70-300 DG MACRO, whats the difference with the APO version and non-APO? thank you :D
APO stands apochromatic optical...which in Sigma speak means that the lens corrected for chromatic aberrations in all three primary colors and uses three special elements to achieve this.

I believe both use Low Dispersion glass. the price difference is about 80bux.
