Took these at a recent visit with my family to the local Zoo.

I like the 1st photo.. great colour and no distractions, the composition is nice. but, you can't help but wonder why the feet are cut off, even if not doing that would alter the composition.

The 2nd one is to me just a pic. And the 3rd one, again... this time a tail is cut off, with no aparent compositional reason.

Thanks for the comments. The reason for the feet and tail being cutoff was that I was shooting the Ibis thru a chainlink fence, as close as I could get to it. The lizard was shot thru glass, and the lizard was up against it where I could not see it's feet.

I've only had the Rebel XT for about 2 months, so I'm still learning about composition and everything else. For now, I'm just shooting and experimenting with the camera, the lenses, lighting, etc.

I really do appreciate your candid comments though.
