I'm about to buy a new SD700.
I like the AC power supply accessory, and already have one for a previous generation digital elph. I see that Canon has announced an ACK DC-30 for the new SD700. This lists for about $70, and contains almost the identical components as my older AC adapter kit, except for the tiny plastic DC coupler (the "fake battery" that fits into the camera itself). I think this part is called the DC Coupler. On my previous generation AC adapter, this DC coupler is called a DR-300.
It seems like a waste to buy the entire kit, when all I need is the little plastic DC coupler. Does anybody know where one can buy one of these?
