I'm relatively new to digital photography. I'm interested in a small camera I can keep in my pocket. I have four Basset Hounds I like to take pictures of at home, plus I like to shoot photos of myself and my friends when we golf. Finally, I'd like to take pictures of my home and the landscapring around it.
Size is important to me. My wife already has a larger Nikon and so I'm not looking for a huge body with every option.
I want a camera that will do a good job taking the pictures I described, that will fit into my pocket and that won't break the bank.
Most of the pictures I'll leave in my computer and e-mail to friends. If I do print out, the vast majority will be either 3x5 or 4x6. I have a Canon i960 printer and, since I've had it, I've printed exactly one (1) 8x10 photo.
Thanks for your help. If it matters, I'll be connecting it to an Apple computer, a 17-inch Powerbook G4 with 1 GB of RAM.
