Nikon SB600

Hello there,

This is my first post.. I don't see any technical room..

My SB600 flash felt on the ground :( -> not under warranty possible.

I opened it and found the problem.

A 1B diod is broken.
It's on the D303 place on the SB600 board (with the display).

Does anybody have an idea of the specificity of that diod?
Voltages go form 3.2V to 37V, so I don't know which one I have to purchase.
