How does a thread become a STICKY? By number of viewings or replies?
This surely must have been asked before but I can't seem to find it.

I do not like sticky threads, unless they are to pass on SiteNews. Any and all threads should stand the test of time. If they are interesting they will stay towards the top. If they are not, they will fall back. Manipulating what stays at top is like reading the dictators newspaper. Take the Photo Gallery, 11 sticky's of what someone wants us to post pictures of.
