I've had my S2 for almost a year now and I still haven't purchased a good case for it yet. I also have plans to get a LensMate adapter soon. Has anyone found the perfect case that accomodates their S2 and some accessories? I imagine a small SLR case would accomodate the camera once I add the LensMate, but I don't really know where to start looking. Before I bought the camera I was browsing the forums and found a thread for cases, but I'm not able to find it now. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Tamrac 5683 and Tamrac SAS Medium Lens Case.
If you only plan to buy one adapter with a filter or two, then you don't need the lens case. The lens case is used to house my teleconverter on a second adapter. The main case holds camera, one adapter w UV filter, four extra batteries, two extra memory cards, one battery charger, one polarizing filter, one ND filter, neck strap and cleaning cloth.

I think one of http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7594827489&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1 these would be cool if you could tell what size it is. If you put a converter on it it should fit in there ok. I havnt got a case either because i cant decide if i want a square case and carry lenses and filters and stuff in it or just a shaped case that fits it with an adapter and a filter on it.

Does the Tamrac 5683 have all this space? Or is that the other one?

I searched through the tips Sticky and it appears as though the posts referring to S2 cases were move to an S2 cases thread - of which I'm not able to find.

Blascid -
The only thing in the SAS lens case is the telephoto lens and adapter, everything else is in the main bag and it isn't very large - I carry the whole thing backpacking all over - the total weight is under 2 pounds including the lens case and everything mentioned.
