xD to SD adapter in camera???

I was told today by a Circuit City salesperson that there is an adapter available which allows the use of an xD card in a camera that uses SD cards. He was very specific that this is an adapter that is used inside the camera--so that I could use my existing xD cards in a new Casio SD camera.

I have been searching the web but can't find such an adapter. Does anyone know if they really exist and work?

Here's a xD to SD adapter (http://www.mydigitaldiscount.com/s.nl/sc.2/category.15/it.A/id.83/.f), so an xD to SD should be possible, but I'm not sure it would fit inside a camera. The CF card is much bigger than the xD card so it can surround it and still fit. I'm not sure the SD card format is big enough to contain an xD card and still work.

The sales person may have wanted to say "xD to CF" instead of "xD to SD" just like the poster above me :) .

There is no xD to SD adapter available. The xD card is actually slightly wider than SD memory.
