Fz7 Specification Irregularities

I havent come across this anywhere where so far besides on the Panasonic Australia site.

Under the specifications listing it says:

USB webcam function - yes

Now seeing as i haven't seen this elsewhere, is this a mistake?
Has anyone else heard of this or know anything about it?

Hi Dale, you might wanna have a look at the manual. Actually lotsa camera's have this function. I think my H1 also has this function. Wasn't able to check it out as I don't have a video in port on my Computer. Laptops, I believe come with a video in port. You would need to connect you video cable from the camera to this port to check out the function.

I should have originally stated that i looked (glanced) through the manual.

Like you, i thought it may have been to do with the video port, but on the site it states 'USB webcam function' and again ive only seen it stated on the Panasonic Australia site. Which makes me think it might be a mistake.

It would not be the only mistake in the manual.



I do not know if its a translation problem or if they try to use parts of one manual to print another.
