Hi BinX,

The Canon and the Fuji both have problems highlighted in previous posts in this forum. Have a read through before deciding.

Have a look also at the Panasonic FZ3 (nice Leica 12X zoom lens & many fans in this forum) and the Olympus C-770UZ (I own one) or C-765UZ (10X zoom). The 770UZ has the added bonus of MPEG4 movie mode and flash hotshoe over the 765UZ. The review links are below:

Hope that helps.

I've been looking around and found the Kodak EasyShare DX7590

This camera has 5mpixl, contra 3/4 mpixl.
It has a dockingstation
Recharable batery etc... looks pretty solid...what do u think ?

I say avoid manufacturer's own bizarre batteries. When they run out of power you can't put alkalines in to keep going. I will only ever buy a camera that takes AA or 2CR5 batteries. Nikon makes a rechargable 2CR5 called the ENEL1 and just about any company makes rechargable AA batteries.

Docking stations aren't that great. Peronally I prefer taking the memory card out and using a memory card reader instead.

There are problems with just about every digital camera in existance. It's a case of picking a camera that you like and learning how to work around the faults.
