Is the W50 available in black?

I know they released it in black, however the only place I can find it in black is amazon.co.uk and some random japaneese vendor.

Well, I'm in lil ol New Zealand, and we have it in black - so it must be available where you are. I've been looking into getting this camera too. Been looking at digital cameras for about a year now! Every time I think I've decided, I'll find another! :mad:

I was told that the Silver is currently out in the US and the Black version should be out in the US in about a month....so probably Mid April sometime...

I bought the black one here in Canada. I do like it better, but I'm wondering if it is going to show more finger smudges than the silver.

I emailed them yesterday and they said they didn't know.

I thought about it and I think the Black one will show finger marks and possible scuffs and scratches more than silver...

I'll be buying the Silver one in the next week.....just still shopping for the BEST deal....
