I have some beautiful shots that I took with my Fuji FinePix. They look great on my computer in my editor programs, Adobe and Corel. But when I am printing them, they look terribly green. My printer is an HP Deskjet.

Does anyone have suggestions for where I should start troubleshoooting?
Thanks

sadly I have exactly the same problem. No matter how I shifted the colour in PS elements the pictures have a green cast. I abandoned the printer for an Epson R800 which solved the problem (expensively.

Calibrating your monitor may go some way to getting rid of the problem.

There's a good chance that your printer believes it's printing what the monitor is showing you - but that's often not so. They - the printer and the monitor - need to be told to work together. If the settings on your monitor simply LOOK ok to you, that's not enough. Calibrating will do that for you.

Calibration is carried out with the Adobe Gamma Control Panel utility or there are a number of web sites that will take you through the process.

It's something you should do in any case and it may help a bit with your problem.
