Like most DSLR users, I use a blow brush to clean dust inside my Nikon D50.
But I don't think it is the most effective way because the dust may still stay inside your camera.
Have you ever tried to remove the dust by vacuuming your camera?
Is this safe for the camera?
I know a household vacuum can be too powerful, but we can reduce the power easily by holding it a bit far away from camera.

I wouldn't do it. I especially wouldn't do it unless I had a set of static free attachments for use vacuuming inside computers. Even then, I can just see accidently sucking your shutter out of shape. IIRC, that's about a $270 job if you damage your shutter, at least on a D200.

The vacuum cleaner will suck in a lot of air into the camera too, potentially with a lot of dust which will have quite some speed so if it sticks it sticks well.

The most effective way to clean your camera sensor is with eclipse solution, pec pads and a spatula. See the Copperhill Method (http://www.pbase.com/copperhill/ccd_cleaning)for a nice kit. I have done this many times; it is without a doubt the best way to clean your sensor. Most people are apprehensive to touch their sensor with anything, but in actuality you are cleaning a piece of glass that covers the sensor...there really isn't much risk.

Even if we trap more dust in it, or some residue, we can ask the service center to clean it right?
