Peter, when did you start posing with your models?
OK, I might be alone here...I really like the connection you made with the female model by herself, but don't feel any chemistry between her and her (boyfriend?). They just don't look that comfortable together...

I think its the chap. He has that real uneasy look to him. I could be wrong though. . .

Yeah, it was their first time posing together and as I mentioned previously his first time ever in front of the camera, so cut the guy some slack. I think it worked pretty well. (Remember too - none of us are professionals - we were all just learning as we went on this one.)
Before the shoot they were only "friends." By the time we got to the shower shots, I think it's safe to say they were "dating." ;) He at least I'm doing some good in the world - bringing people together to find love while in front of my camera... :o

Nice stuff. He doesnt look bad either for being camera shy. He'll loosen up with a little practice but it all looks great for a first time together for everyone.

Thanks for noticing Juan. There were a few firsts for me on this shoot. Most notably, I needed to use a tripod for the red bedroom shots. Also I was using a tungsten (continuous) video light and mixing it with the natural light streaming in behind them through the windows. The tripod proved a bit challenging for a guy (me) who's used to bouncing all over the room shooting handheld shots. But it allowed me to shot very low shutter speeds which added something great to those shots (esp. Lorena's solo shots.) I also had a fan going and if you look at some of the shots in the gallery you can see her face is sharp but the hair is blurred from it blowing and me using a long shutter speed. The tungsten light wreeked (sp?) havoc with my WB though. I also used my favorite ring flash for a bunch of shots and pumped up the contrast in my computer.
