Not a great shot technically but I thought it was a cute capture.

You may not always have the time to have a great shot technically, when dealing with those marvelous little ones. Anytime you can capture a moment like that, it's a great picture. I love the variation on the three point stance:
right foot, elbow and head. :D

Yeah I strive for a good technical shot but I don't really fret too much over these kinds of snaps. He was being a little stinker so I grabbed the shot. :D

Yeah AI Servo would normally be great but our homes are so poorly lit that it can't keep up, even with my L glass. I need that IR assist from the flash, as well as the flash as the primary light...so I'm kinda stuck in one-shot mode with a bit of praying. heh. I have a lot of throwaways due to OOF because of it, but I have trouble making myself delete even those. I mean c'mon....it's my nephew! :D ;)


One day I'll suck it up and face the fact that I won't ever print the OOF photos so I might as well trash 'em...
