im particularly interested in taking pictures outdoor, sceneries, land scapes, something like that... and i also want to take blurry backgournd pictures, like the artistic type of blurry background pictures, which lens and manufacturere would be the best? thank you

Both kit lenses are what they are, plastic, cheap and cheerful, and you can make some decent photos with either one.
Very blurry backgrounds are best made with lenses that are a bit more expensive, and then you first need to determine a focal range and budget before we can give you recommendations.

PS: Don't base your camera purchase decision on the kit lens. Buy into the system...not the initial body & lens. Both will be replaced. The lens especially sooner than the body.

If you have it, use it and see for yourself. "Good" is very very subjective.

Why in the world wouldn't you use it? Like CDI said - If you have it, use it and see for yourself. "Good" is very very subjective. While the Canon kit, efs18-55, may have some limitations, I have gotten a lot of good shots with it. I would have never known this had I not actually used it myself.

alright then... how bout lenses? is nikon lenses chaeper than canon or not? cuz like what you guys said in this forum, focus more on the lenses than the body etc... so im wondering... and what does 50mm f1.8 do? and what is its difference with 50,, f1.4?
another question, the focal length range and the one without, like this 18-55mm and 50mm, whats the difference with this? is bigger range of focal length better? like 50-200 mm?

You can not say anything worthwile about which is cheaper. both have cheap and expensive lenses, and it is up to you to determine a budget and find the right lenses ( it can be a daunting task).
To give you an idea about focal lenghts, play around on this page:
