Has anyone used the VGP-MCA10 PCMCIA memory adapter on a non-VIAO laptop ?
I cannot get mine to work . The card installs without error and sees the Memory Stick Pro I have in it. The PCMCIA card adapter controller shows in the device tray icon, but I don't see a removable disk device when the card is in. I have a compact flash PCMCIA card adapter that works just fine.
I can't find any specific information that says one way or the other whether the card willl only work in Sony laptops (VIAO).
