I'm new!!

Hi everyone just wanted to say hi.. I am not new to digital photography, but i am to the new camera i'm supposed to have Monday. in 2 days... the last 4 days have been crazy waiting on my camera to get here.. i feel like a little kid on Christmas! I am getting the Rebel xt with the lens it comes with. I ordered it from B&H photo, great web site easy to navigate, and prices were great. I think in the last few days i have checked UPS shipping page over 150 times!haha i hope they get here early in the morning. I used to have a Minolta dimage 7HI it was a great digital camera until about a month ago.. All of a sudden i started getting very grainy images like the iso was kicked all the way up.. i have tried everything, new CF cards..i am running Photoshop CS2, so i know that wasn't the problem. Minolta won't help me at all. I have read other forums and there are many people with the same problem. What to do? Minolta told me sorry it has stopped working for you when you buy a new digital camera please choose minolta again.. I'm lke CHA AS IF!! thats not happening. So i ordered the Cannon EOS Rebel XT!! Welp just wanted to say hi etc..
