Okay, I just posted a thread about A&M Photo World, but I think I decided on my own they didn't look too good. How about Digital Liquidators? Anyone heard of them or dealt with them? Saw some good reviews reagarding speed of shipping. Thanks all.

Digital Liquidators are lower than whale crap. DO NOT give them your credit card. It is like dealing with the mafia. They will charge your credit card what ever they want and send you crap. Google search them and read the horror stories, they are true.

It not a good thing to generalize. A-Z computer liquidation (http://www.spintradeexchange.com) and its affiliate Golden Surplus (http://www.goldensurplus.com) Do not take credit cards and allow inspection of product if so required. Correct there is alot of fraud out there..Here are two reputable liquidators you can trust. :)

This is probably the 4th post I have made on this company, but try www.digital1234.com they were excellent for me, I purchased a Canon 20D for $1300 after shipping (no tax) and I had the product in my hand 3 days after I ordered (and I ordered on Christmas Day).
Hope this helps

We just bought an Olympus from Digital Liquidators and it is my recommendation that no one anywhere at any time do business with them. We purchase an Olympus C8080, spare battery, 5-year warranty for $617 (with shipping). They grossly misrepresented the warranty, stating that it was unlimited, no fault, no cost to ship and return. I checked with the warranty issuer and it does not do any of that. When I got the invoice, I was overcharged $82.98 and they refuse to credit my account. Discover is not being very helpful either.
They are horrible!!!

I have said this on other threads. Avoid this company like the plague. I called them up before I knew about this forum and had a question about shipping and tax and stuff. Well the represenative on the phone was very rude so I decided to buy from someone else. Now since I have heard all the other negative responses from everyone else I guess you could say it was a blessing in disguise that I had that rep. I probably would have bought from them if he had treated me with some respect. But I hate dealing with a bunch of jerks. If you are looking for a particular item I would go to a price comparrison site and even if this place is the cheapest do yourself a favor and spend the little extra to save yourself the headaches.

The name would suggest grey market items. Why not buy from a trusted site like BH? I've made 3 purchases from them recently and all very smooth, low cost, prompt delivery, accessories are not off brand or overpriced, and NO BOGUS FOLLOW-UP CALL.
Also; no rude guy named "Tony" who gives you the feeling that they must be a front for the mob because they sure must not care about your business (Abes of Maine).
