is there a guide or something that i can use?

I don't know of any specific guide other than the instructions on the website, but read those carefully and you should get most of the information you need. I'm a great fan of NI, and know that you can use it with the auto profiling function to great effect, but I'd recommend you start by making up some unique profiles for your camera.
Pay attention to the kind of lighting involved, too, since chroma (color) noise seems sensitive to the difference in light wavelength. Assuming most of your high-ISO shooting will be under fluroescent and tungsten lighting, make up a couple of high ISO profiles for those two kinds of lighting and then test them with actual photographs.
