A610: Spot Showing Up in Photos!!

I thought this was just lint on the surface of the lens, so I tried to wipe it off with a tissue and that didn't help, so I'm not sure if the problem is something severe that's on the inside of the lens or elsewhere. Here's some photos I took that show the spot that's showing up on the right side of all my photographs:

I bought this camera less than a month ago, so the warranty is still good--I'm just not sure what the warranty covers and if it isn't covered, then how can I go about fixing this problem (besides photoshopping and getting a new camera :()

I think warranty should cover it, because there is not supposed to be any dust inside your camera... and if there is, it is not your doing. So Canon in your country should clean or replace it under warranty.

Is there any way to figure out what it is and where it is? And would the warranty still cover it even if this showed up after hundreds of pictures have already been taken? It feels like I did something to the camera to cause this for some reason.
