My son got a Philips mini keychain digital camera for christmas from a relative. It came with software to download images onto a PC. We're a mac family with machines running os9 and osX. I tried to install the driver on a PC we have around. It's compatible with the software but the driver didn't work. On my mac I've tried cameraid and a few other digital camera drivers to see if anything would work but no luck. Is there anything out there that will allow me to get images from this camera? Ideally I would like to use the Mac. Any advise would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Peter

You do not need any software. Just plug it in the USB and it will appear as an external drive on your desktop. You can then just copy the files onto your computer's harddrive. Just "eject" its icon before you remove it from the USB again.

Thanks for the replies. The camera plugs directly into the computer with a USB cable. I kind of thought that plugging it into the mac would automatically load the camera drive but it says that the usb devise is not supported. This gives me reason to investigate this a little more and try to force it to see the camera.

Thanks again for the fast replies.

Thanks,
Peter
