Are old Maxuum lense compatible with 5D or 7D

I have a Minolta Maxuum camera that I bought about 16-18 years ago. Are the lense mounts compatible with the 5D and 7D?

If Maxxum is what Dynax is in Europe, I think they will be compatible... but it is easy to find out by taking them to a camera store that sells Konica Minolta.

I have used ancient Maxxum lenses on my 7D. So long as it's a Maxxum A Mount lens you should be fine.
