DSC-F505V: magenta & green blotches

Magenta and green blotches just started showing up on my 3 year old CyberShot DSC-F505V. See attached pics. Does this mean the CCD is failing? Is this a common problem?

Sorry, i dont know what could be causing the blotches, but i have a F505V too, and i rarely come accross another F505V user. Sorry again if im not supposed to ask this, but do you know any good websites for this camera? Forums, instruction sites etc? I have it a few motnhs, and love it, it seems to have personality! Hope im not thread jumping, but im finding it hard to use the AE Aperature/Shutter system, thought you might know more about it than me, or know some good sites about it etc... Any help or advice greatly aprriciated. And again, hope im not out of place asking you on your thread.
