Ultra Compact (Best Photo Quality)

What ultra compact camera is going to give me very accurate high quality photos in comparison to other cameras in this class? I am looking to spend around $300 dollars but am willing to spend more. Thank you for any input.

For an ultra-compact, you might consider the Casio EX-Z750. I lot of people really like that little camera :)

Panasonic and Canon have some nice offerings in ultra thin packages - with models under $300.
