help on frame burst

Hi I am a young (16) Motorsport photographer just getting use to my e300 I have got on well with it so far and got some awesome photos. I have been talking to so pro’s around the pits and they use burst of frames to capture there photos. I know that my e300 can do it but do not know how, any help you be awesome.

It can't be done--unless you read the manual :o
