I was taking a picture and the picture just fizzled out and froze up. ( I am no camera expert!) I did not know what to do. I tried to turn it off and it would not do anything. I thought if I took the memory chip out it would work, it did not. Then I took the battery out, (it was flashing the battery sign at the top of the camera-not through the camera lense.) It seemed like it turned on, but when I looked to take a pict. it was just black and was locked up again. I am not sure what else to do.
