Anyone used "Digital Optics" filters on FZ15

The price for these tele+wide lenses and 3 filters is very catching.
Has anyone used this kit yet ?
Please share your opinions and any feedback. I am afraid I dont get poor quality stuff. I am looking for atleast 3 basic filters for now.

Every report I have seen on those lenses are that they are junk, and my guess is the filters are also junk.
