I know this has been beaten to death but after looking around I'm still in need of help. I need a wide angle lens to add to my FZ20 for indoor holiday family shots. I already have an adapter that will take a lens with a 52 or 55mm thread so I'd like to stay in that size. I'm on a budget and would like to stay under a $75.00 since it's not a lens that will be used a lot (and I've already bought too many other items recently ). I'm looking at a Raynox dcr-730 since it's affordable but I can't find much info on whether it's a very good lens for the Z20 or not. Does anyone have any experience with the 730 or any other suggestions?
TIA

Well after doing some more searching I've decided on the Raynox DCR-720. They're up on eBay for $50.00 with free shipping. It appears a bit less angle than the 730 but $20.00 cheaper and it should work for my needs. It also appears the 720 has threads for a cap but the 730 no longer has them:confused: I know the 6600 is probably the best but all I'm looking for is one to give me a little wider angle so I can fit a few more people into the family shots.

Thanks Gene, I went to your site and after seeing that is was one that you were using I knew it would work for me. You have some very nice shots. I hadn't used the camera recently and grabbed it to use for an anniversary party. The shots weren't too good and had a lot of noise that got me to thinking about selling it and moving to a DSLR but after seeing some of your shots it reminded me of just how good a camera it is so I had to get the manual back out and play around with my settings a bit.
Thanks,
DS

Yes the low light is a problem without a flash , the simplest way is to use a flash, but its possible to get indoor shots without a flash if there is enough available light.
