need to return to english

Hi: i just purchased a p850 kodak as a gift for my grandson.when i put the battery in, a screen came up showing languages available.either i selected the wrong button or the default is japanese.how do i get english to show on the screen? thank you.

take out the manual and read how to change the languages. Follow it step by step and you should be able to navigate back to the screen that changes the languages, once you are there just try and switch it back. Sometimes there is also a way to clear all the setting and restore it back to factory defaults, take a look in the manual for this, as it might be easier than navitaging back to the language screen.
