Might not be a good photograph because my hand was swollen. This bigass wasp bit me on my hand, and I killed it as a response :D

I suppose there are some who wouldn't find that funny, but I burst out laughing.

It reminded me of something I read in a collection of columns by George Orwell when he was writing for a London paper. He wrote that he was having toast and jam when a wasp landed and started eating the jam. Orwell cut it in half with a knife. Amazingly, the wasp didn't seem to notice and went on eating the jam, which went on dribbling out of its severed waist. It's hard not to think that George was giggling to himself when he wrote that.

Regards,
Bill

Are you sure it was a bite & not a sting??

GI Joe was killed in action yesterday. Each day, during the infamous bedroom, lving room and back garden wars, many GI Joes meet their doom. The unceasing barbarity of their juvenille commanders is seemingly unending :p
