What to do with old Easyshare :)

I have an old Easyshare LS something (LOL. I can't be bothered to get it out to find the number all I know is it is one of the first with the big OLED screen). It even has a dock.

I now own a Canon Powershot S2 IS. I am unsure what I should do with the Kodak. Try to sell it. Keep it for...I dunno what. Or give it to someone deserving :)

Give it to a relative, young neighbor, or whoever you might know that might want to experience the joys of digital photography. :) I only this, because I'm not familiar with the camera, and couldn't tell you what it's worth.
