Has anybody noticed how stickies are multiplying faster than rabbits in a field?

I looked at the photo forum and noticed that of the 2 pages permitted by the establishment, over 75% were stickies. Are we getting stickied out?

Yes. In fact it might be a good idea to clean house once in a while as subjects seem to repeat themselves anyway. Ferinstance, there is no way that a newcomer would be able to go back through the entire Photo Gallery.

Maybe set up standard primary gallery headings so at least there is some semblence of a real gallery?

Also, maybe, if one of them does not get subscribed to in a long
while - it should become unstuck?
I think the idea of standardising the stickies is good - maybe have a set
number that are not exceeded...

Or maybe the use of a few select subcategories in the photo gallery can move some stickies into those subcategories.

Or maybe setup a separate category just for stickies? Just like there is a photo gallary category.

Or just unstick the "<x> Photos Thread" threads; if they're posted to regularly enough, they'll stay at / near the top regardless.

Thanks for making the Lighthouse thread one of the first to go off the sticky list. Guess what's good for the goose...;) But there are still a lot of ganders with stickies.:D

Yah, the Food Thread had to go off because I wasn't contributing to it anymore. But I promise you that when I get my new DSLR, I'll get it going again and have it up there once more.
