Hello from Far Far Away. Please excuse me for my english (take a look at my nick). I get S2 lastly. It is not easy in Lithuania:) . It is my first camera I get ever and the first shot with S2- was the first shot in my life. That's why I am satisfied in all. As i can not compare it with other cams, I do not see any problems:) .
And there is the question: Is any possibility to capture MOVIE directly to HDD? I can control my camera then it is connected to my PC using ZoomBrowser or PSRemote software, but it's usefull only for shoting, not for movie(maybe I did not find something?).As I can see everything on this virtual ViewFinder(on my PC then cam is connected) and S2 has USB high speed, maybe I can capture not only the stills. I am interested in this and am looking for software capable for this, but find nothing yet:( . Maybe somebody knows more.
And there is a great tip from greener to all greeners :D (it was not mentioned in the S2 manual): As all knows, then you are in AUTO you cannot use Cont.Shooting. You need this? Press the shuter haflway to focus. The AF frame will light green. Press the shutter button all the way and make the shot. Release button halfway and press fully once more and you get another shot with the same focus. Not as fast as cont.shoting but in AUTO mode you can get as many shots in a row as you finger lets you:D .
