hi.
i want to know how big can i print with my new canon eos 300???
the quality is amazing and the colors are so real.... but i need this info so i can print the biggest without losing any quality!

The optimum print is considered to be at 300dpi. Good quality at 200dpi, and fair quality below about 180dpi. Below 150dpi is iffy.

So take the dimensions of the 300D and divide by the appropriate dpi.

Actually you can cheat a little by interpolating to some degree by using photoshop and resampling at a larger size (under image size).

The best quality print would be 8 x 10, but without interpolating you could print an 11 x 17 with pretty good quality. By interpolating (a little)... maybe 13 x 19.

I consistantly get very nice 13 x 19 prints on an Epson 2000P from my Nikon D70 (about the same as your 300D), without interpolation. So sometimes it depends on the printer or the lab (if you send it out) as well.
