I just bought the Canon SD300 (or Digital Ixus 40, as it is called in my country). Everything seems to work okay but there is one thing that I am a bit concerned about.
Whenever I use te zoomfunction of the camera (to either zoom in, or out) or when the camera is focussing, before actually taking a picture, the camera makes a somewhat weird sound. I would like to know if this sound is normal because when I put the camera in 'mute' I can still hear this sound.
Hopefully someone can help me, so that I know if I need to rechange my camera.
