Hi, I have a 1 year old S400 that just froze on me. I tried turning it off after taking a picture but the lens did not retract all the way. Also, the Led light is not on either. I tried to take out the battery and put it back in but no use. Is this an E18 error? There is no message on the LCD screen as there is no power. Help anyone....
