I bought an EX-Z750, and something happened to the LCD (I probably dropped it), sent it to Casio and they informed me that it would not be covered under warranty, would cost me $270, and after I told them no, charged me for return shipping. I then sent it to Tim Cason, who repaired it for less than 200, and the return shipping was included! Excellent service, very professional, sent me emails at every step in the process, and I had my camera back in no time. It now works like new. I would highly recommend him based on my experience. Good to know there are people out there who are fair, not like those guys at Casio who are just out to rip you off.
