Hi: My cybershot DSCP41 turns on in download and movie mode but instantly turns itself off in photo mode. My batteries are recharged and working properly and my memory card is empty. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I find the manual incompatible and have been unable to find troubleshooting sites online.
