memory card for dimage z5

Looking for the best card for my new Dimage Z5. K-M states compatability with scan disc, pansonic and toshiba. I have been looking at Kingston 512-s. Is there any need for 1 GB? Thanks, C

At the highest quality settings 1 gig will give you over 400 shots, enough for a few weeks travelling. You can shoot to your heart's content. I have been using a Ridata 1 gig high speed card in my Z6. Got it for around $52 at a place called Newegg. Speedwise it is competitive with the better Lexar and Sandisk. It is very fast.
