We have bought a Minolta Dimage G400 at work. My boss can download pics perfectly on her computer. I have tried to download pics onto my laptop and home computer and a message comes up saying the usb device is not recognized. My jump drive works perfectly in my usb port so I am thinking it is not my port. Oor printer is also attached to a second usb port and it works fine. I tried switching them around and the camera is not recognized.
I read on the konica site that there might be difficulty if I am trying to plug it into a usb hub - does that mean it would be separate from my computer?
What am I doing wrong?
My son is also having trouble downloading his Sony pics from his camera. Our mp3 players work fine.
I have no idea what to do next.
