I have the Epson 1200U Photo, and there are two other models - Epson 1200U and 1200S. If it has been a while since you updated your drivers, you probably need to do so at:
http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/SupportIndex.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&oid=-10244&infoType=Overview
There you will find support for both Win & Mac. Good Luck :)
