macro lens for rebel xt

Hi all again
If one were to take macro shots of flowers and other objects which would be a good canon macro lens to invest in?

EF-S 60mm Canon = 10 cm WD @ $440 EF
100mm Canon = 15 cm WD @ $480
180mm Canon = 25 cm WD @ $1,300
Many people have raved about the 100mm macro lens, the 60mm is too short of a working distance IMO but doesn't make a bad travelling macro lense. Some other to look at are.....
HSM 150mm Sigma = 20 cm WD @ $620
180mm Tamron = 26cm WD @ $690
90mm Tamron @ $440

If you are considering non-Canon lenses, the Sigma 105 f2.8 is a very credible portrait and macro lens - should be on anyone's short list.
