I'll be honest, I've fallen in love with the Canon PowerShot S2 IS, but a) it's a bit bulky for me and b) it probably has more features than I really need. It's also going to cost me more than I want to spend ($700 CAD plus extras). I want something small enough to travel with, but I don't want to sacrifice quality. I'll be using this camera for school events (sports games, grad, church), as well as traveling and day-to-day stuff. I'd love one with a good video feature and burst mode, and image stabilization as well as some different picture taking modes. Something that's powered by AA batteries. I like Canon, I've used Kodak (Easyshare DX4330), but I'm open to anything. If I could get everything for $500 CAD (camera, case, extra memory card, batteries and charger), I'd be ecstatic, but I realize that that's not very realistic. I'm willing to spend up to $450 CAD for the camera. I'm not really sure what I need, but I know what I'll be using it for, so the options don't have to be exactly what I said I want, as long as it'll do what I want.
