I plan on finally making my decision today... Please give me your opinions on these 2 cameras! :D

I think both are great camera's. Both have comparable specs. I'm a little concerned about the Kodak's lack of AF assist light, but I think it has a much better burst mode.
Most of my shooting with my UZ camera is done outdoors, so lacking an AF assist lamp wouldn't matter much... And I like to use my camera's burst mode a lot :)
I'm curious how other people would compare these two...

I was considering the SP-500uz also

Well, maybe someone will provide information otherwise, but from the specs, the 500uz:
Has 6mpx, doesn't seem like much of a boost (others have 5mpx)
Doesn't have hotshoe (P850 does, H1 doesn't)
Has crappy video mode (only 320x240, others have 640x480)
No IS. At 10x zoom, it would be helpful (both H1 and P850 have IS)
Only has 10x zoom (compared to 12x on the others)
Has average burst mode (better than H1, but slower than P850)
Has widest zoom set to 38mm (that seems extremely narrow), even other UZ's start at 36mm
Perhaps for the price, it is a good camera. But, it doesn't seem to compare to the H1 or the P850...

I recently picked up a P850, and like it a lot. Instead of an AF assist light, it has sensors for helping in low light conditions.
